Tim Rowberry

Born in Cincinnati Ohio, Rowberry was a middle distance athlete at Orem High School and Utah Valley University.
In 2012 he received a bachelors degree in Political Science with emphasis on International Relations at Utah Valley University.
At Utah Valley University he won numerous awards, was nominated as Freshman Athlete of the Year, won Conference Championships in 4 events (4x400, 800, 1500, Mile), and became a 2x NCAA Academic All-American in the 800m. Rowberry joined the Utah Valley University coaching staff in 2012, leading their men and women’s Cross Country teams to 8 combined conference championships in 8 seasons. While coaching distance track events for 7 seasons, Rowberry’s athletes won individual conference championships 16 times in women’s events and 23 times in men’s events. Rowberry first worked with Alberto Salazar as a pacer for Nike Oregon Project athletes starting in 2013.
